Originally from Queens, New York, David E. Jacobson graduated cum laude with College Honors from UCLA and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. Before establishing Hillguard, Mr. Jacobson had the opportunity to practice at some of the most renowned firms in California and work on cases in the national spotlight.
Mr. Jacobson is a Super Lawyers Honoree, named a Super Lawyer in 2026 — a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys in California under 40 or in practice less than 10 years.
