After graduating cum laude from UCLA, Daniel Marvizi earned a merit scholarship to attend the USC Gould School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2016.
Daniel began his legal career at a preeminent national law firm representing plaintiffs in complex litigation involving toxic exposure, dangerous products, and corporate misconduct. He advocated for individuals suffering from serious and life-altering injuries, building a strong foundation in high-stakes civil litigation. He later expanded his practice to include professional liability and real estate litigation, with a particular focus on insurance coverage disputes. This work strengthened his ability to evaluate claims, understand policy defenses, and navigate complex financial and legal issues.
Later, Daniel gained valuable insight representing employers and businesses in employment litigation and complex civil matters. This experience gave him a clear understanding of how employers, insurers, and defense counsel approach workplace claims and litigation strategy.
In 2024, he committed his practice to exclusively represent employees in employment law matters. He handles cases involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment including sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients with a strategic and results focused approach.
